Does the calendar mean 30 new posts?
No. The 30-day calendar plans the use of this package’s content: two edited vertical videos, five edited photos and two captions. It does not include daily new content or ongoing management.
Will everything be posted within seven business days?
The content, strategy and calendar are ready for your review within seven business days after the shoot. Publication depends on your approval and authorized account access. The performance review and consultation happen later.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. This is a $450 one-time create-and-publish service with no ongoing commitment and no automatic monthly plan.
Can I book a location farther from Geneva?
We generally serve within about one hour of Geneva toward Cleveland. Farther locations, including Cleveland’s west side, require our approval. Please email us before booking; a calendar opening does not confirm travel feasibility.
Do I receive a separate set of finished files?
This offer includes creating and publishing approved package content. It does not include a separate handoff of the finished video/photo files. Read the complete inclusions and publishing terms.
Can the shoot happen after Halloween?
Yes. The inquiry deadline is October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern. Shoot dates may be later; delivery before Halloween is not promised.
How do I request a cancellation?
Email LakeHouseContentGroup@gmail.com. Before-shoot client cancellation means Lake House retains $225 and refunds $225. If Lake House cannot provide the service, you receive a full refund. Refunds are manual. Read the full booking and cancellation policy.

Review all ten inclusions and publishing terms above. Your approval and properly authorized account access are required before publication. The performance review is around 30 days after actual posting, using available insights, followed by the separate 20-minute consultation.
We generally serve locations within about one hour of Geneva toward Cleveland. Farther locations, including Cleveland’s west side, require our approval; email us before booking. Available calendar time and buffers do not establish travel feasibility.
All times are Eastern (America/New_York). Monday–Thursday starts: 6:30 PM–11 PM, finishing by midnight. Friday unavailable. Saturday–Sunday starts: 5 AM–10 PM, finishing by 11 PM. Start times are every 30 minutes, subject to calendar conflicts, 24-hour minimum notice and 60-minute buffers before and after.
If you cancel before the shoot
Lake House retains the $225 booking portion and refunds $225.
If Lake House can’t provide the service
You receive a full refund of the amount paid.
For cancellation requests, email LakeHouseContentGroup@gmail.com. Refunds are processed manually by Lake House. The inquiry deadline is October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern. Existing bookings may be fulfilled later.
